If you want to run your car into the ground for peanuts, take this driver's advice. If you actually want to make money, you need to cherry pick and be selective. Do you move your wheels until you are matched and it meets your minimum thresholds. They want you to be a charity worker while they take record profits.
@sallywalker66626 күн бұрын
immediately stop all incoming requests when driving. Uber will give you a rider 50 feet outside of a surge zone and not pay the surge, but you don't know that because you cannot see the map if you accept while driving. It's a very poor practice to accept trips along the way, kills surge in an area too. If all drivers turned it off when driving, it would be surging all day.

@@_Uber_Driving I know $3 sounds discouraging but now uber knows drivers are depending on tips to make it worth it all passengers dont tip but the odds are good that sometimes if you get a tip on short rides it makes a shitty sounding ride into a good one, years ago uber the s.o.bitch did not have option for tip on app but since they cut the percentage they keep from 20% over 50% they added the tip option without tip in some cities it’s not even worth Ubering they used to scam drivers one dollar for insurance each ride now the Insurance is faked inflated to try to justify how much they’re taking from drivers they exaggerate the cost of the insurance which is themselves

Dude is online for over an hour and makes $13. Chipotle is hiring. All of you clowns are just clueless as to what you are actually taking home after all of the expenses and taxes. The answer, less than $10 per hour of time. Pathetic that there are people that do this. Uber and Lyft would be gone if you all just went into business for yourself or got a W2 job. All of the alternatives are better than delivery or rideshare.

They also offer tips and insights, such as the importance of staying busy, being prepared for unexpected delays, and considering the location and estimated time of each trip. The driver's ultimate earnings total $177.73 for 14 trips, falling short of their goal due to missed opportunities and cancelled rides. Despite this, the video offers valuable knowledge for fellow drivers and those interested in the gig economy.
