Here is the original video of the small shed: • Mini Barn Repo Attempt...
Merchandise can be purchased here: shedhappens.myspreadshop.com/
Shed Repo?
Yes just like cars and anything else people buy them on payments and
if they fail to make their payments the shed rightfully belongs to the finance company, the buyer signs a contract giving the finance company permission to retrieve their asset if they don't make their payments.
I understand hard times happen to people and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly,
If you can't pay you can always voluntarily return the shed which many people do.
Then there is this...
“Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it ... he who doesn't ... pays it.”
― Albert Einstein

One thing I learned from years of doing home foreclosures is that people are mostly embarrassed by their inability to pay and that comes out either as anger or as insecurity. I bet you'd rather not hear all the stories about how the shed got into repo status, just get in there, do the work, and get out. You are decent to the people you interact with, and that says a ton about your character.

One of the things I do is clean out rental properties after tenants leave, ( usually with the assistance of the sheriff.) I've cleaned out a cockroach house, a dog shit house, cat piss houses and a needle house from druggies and a bunch of hoarder houses. The one thing videos can't show you is the stink.

Maybe try drilling a few holes in the side plates of the wheels. That would allow you to run some wood screws through into the frame support. I was just thinking about what would have made it easier to get the one down that winding mud road with all the ruts and wondered if you have enough of them that were in a similar situation, what if instead of wheels on the dolly you had a set up with skis or better yet two snow boards on each instead of the 2 wheels, and if you had them attached with some springs or struts so they could move up and down independently it would be less likely to go sideways on you..... I'm sure there is probably something already made as the people that make that stuff are smarter and more experienced than I. It's always fascinates me to see a "new use" of cool machines I've seen other trades use being fit for a totally different job. Thanks for sharing your adventures with us AND as I always end up saying when I comment on this channel, it's good to know there are kind, thoughtful people out there doing jobs like this where it's easy to think that everyone not making their payments are some sorta irresponsible jerks when the truth is sometimes people are just down on their luck and just because you are there to recover property doesn't mean you have to be harsh and cruel. It's really too bad Josh that people have to live the way they do with garbage all over. God bless you for a right attitude though.

You need dowel pin holes on your U channel of your wheel assembly and holes on your square rails underneath. Then you could pin the wheel assembly on the rails on the difficult removals?

Looking at the comments ALL of which deserve a thumbs up IMHO! I just gave the video a thumbs up to cover the bunch. Anyway, the roach motel and the absence of the critters may be because the residence has moved on. That video made me crawl, I wish that on no one. You handled that $h!t show like a champ. The pop bottles could have been a payment. Man your channel has a following!

Need to put a couple holes through those 4x4s and holes in the skis so you can put a metal pin with a clip, to keep the wheels on
@dannylim3318

The weight of the shed usually keeps the wheels on the 4 x 4's. It's probably best not to stay under a shed that is only kept up by the mule.

@@dannylim3318 yes but s simple pin would help keep them on till the end. Yes it's the first time I've seen him lose a wheel, but kiss
