Shed Repo?
Yes just like cars and anything else people buy them on payments and
if they fail to make their payments the shed rightfully belongs to the finance company, the buyer signs a contract giving the finance company permission to retrieve their asset if they don't make their payments.
I understand hard times happen to people and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly,
If you can't pay you can always voluntarily return the shed which many people do.
Then there is this...
“Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it ... he who doesn't ... pays it.”
― Albert Einstein

I agree 1,000%!! I’ve been saying there should be a rental cap in all states! I live on the Cape, and a 1-2bdrm crappy, slummy house/apt are renting at $2,000 and up! It’s absolutely ridiculous! Too many greedy, uncaring landlords who don’t care about anything but $$.. If there were rental caps, they’d be forced to rent at affordable prices.

I have never been evicted so I can't imagine how it feels. When I was 18 y/o back in 1980 my mother talked me into spending my savings and paying $1,250 on a used mobile home. I'm 61 now and still live in that same mobile home today. Haven't paid rent in 43 years. I own the one acre land it sets on. When COVID-19 hit I was so thankful I didn't have to worry about eviction. It's not fancy but I keep it repaired and fully functional. I'm retired now and so grateful for my home🥰

I mean...they're living IN the shed. There's two of them. I know that times are tough, etc. They're behind on a payment on a shed? What are they doing with their money, exactly? They're living on someone else's land there. Whoever that is, they can either provide them a room (if they're paying that person rent to be on the land) or they can find another place to live. That's a terrible place to live. It's not his fault that they're living in the shed that he needs to repo. If he didn't do his job, he'd be out on the street, too.

From the moment I realized what was happening, I was looking for a second repo man. He repo'd that huge shed/home with no help from another person. That was so impressive. I felt sorry for the young woman, with nobody helping her carry stuff outside except for the REPO GUY!!! Where was the rest of the family? But he gets it done and is a perfect southern gentleman. He's very professional, and polite to everyone.

I was not gonna pay his bills so I became homeless for about a week . It about killed me but I made it thru it and I got my camper set up on a friend's property and lived there until winter hit and then I lived with a good friend . I honestly felt really bad for this young gal and I was ready to make that payment for her but of course I realized it would have been to late . I would have helped her !
