People normally ask what settings I am using so here you go:

The wasteland has a "fun" mechanic where using guns at night has a roughly 30% chance to spawn a "hostile" every time you shoot. Clearing a POI at night can turn into a full blown horde night in the wasteland. If you've unlocked the schematics, the fuel saver mod and extended fuel tank mod will help with your gyrocopter. Enforcer gloves also reduce fuel usage. I also recommend the super charger, if you have it. It increases the top speed of your vehicles. You use more fuel, but the increase in speed gets you to the destination faster. My limited testing indicates that it is overall more fuel efficient over long distances, which you use the gyrocopter for. So, I tested the Ranger armor and the Desert Vulture. I have really bad news. The Ranger armor does not boost the Desert Vulture... or the .44 Magnum, which it technically should, since the .44 is a revolver. I did not test the pipe pistol, but honestly, who cares?

holy crap that is terrifying lmao tysm for that info! I actually checked for the super charger a couple days ago and I didn't have it unlocked but I will check to see if I can make the fuel saver mod tomorrow! And that's so sad about the ranger armor tysm for bringing that to my attention! So glad I switched to the preacher set lol

While that can be one of the causes I think after some testing we have found the issue and it's because I have a land claim block up and when a turret shoots a block that is claimed it makes that sound!

Tysm dude! I will probably be starting a new series with the official release so I have about 9 days to get another wing of the base done, No idea what I should do with it but I will try to think of something to really make this base extra cool

@Nilhero I had a weird idea for a base so maybe you can try it. Some sort of a hallway but dug down a block or two and fill it with water and make the zombies swim. Something I've never tried.

Just a thought, but for your next series, but drinking a learning elixir before you redeem all those challenges double or triples the experience you get for the challenges.

oooh I really like that idea but doesn't it only give you like 20% more xp? Still worth it and I will try my best to remember for next time tho

@@Nilhero sorry you are right only 20% more, but with a nerdy helmet can be up to 40-50% depending on the level. All helps in the early game.

Enjoyed this video - the blade traps were a neat idea. Have the zombies suddenly gotten the ability to straight up teleport? I could swear that I saw that a few times...

also....making better quality food...drinking red tea...and putting points in metabolism will all help your food last longer and stave off hunger...making you need to eat less. meat stews, vegie stews, spaghetti, sham chowder etc...

Yeah I really need to look into cooking sometime, I just never bothered because I don't farm ever because of the insane amount of food I have on hand lol

also enemies will constantly spawn naturally while in the wasteland, like an unusually high amount

also any form of tires such as the stacks of tires in POI's, and the single tires on roads give a good amount of polymer
