• After my Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters: Melee Video did so well, I knew I had to revisit the Classic Godzilla: Save The Earth in a video. What do you think of this legendary game?
A race of aliens called the Vortak have come to Earth seeking Godzilla's skin cells. It's now up to Godzilla, Rodan, Baragon, Mothra, and many other kaiju to defend the planet from this menace.

Space Godzilla is one of the more difficult to play with, especially without knowing how the game works. His run has him hover and his grab requires energy (the yellow squares), thats why you couldnt pick up Baragon, not enough yellow squares, but does get stronger with the more crystals you spawn. It's weird. Megaguirus is also hard to play as. Mechagodzilla 3 is the best.

The infinite energy cheat code makes him outrageously OP, though. The extreme energy dependency is what balances him out. Especially considering his clunky melee combat abilities.

@@watchinglearner Yeah, I just meant as a new player or someone who hasn't played in a while. If you know what you're doing, he's great, if you don't, he kinda sucks.

I actually just discovered this game and I've been loving it. It's so much fun. I'm working to unlock all the monsters. If I had to pick a favorite amongst the monsters I've unlocked so far I'd probably say Baragon. He does cartwheels and I think that's neat.

This brought back so many memories, this and unleashed were my absolute favorites, now we’re in 2024 and there’s not a single new Godzilla game on current gen consoles.

I thought the swimming stage with Ebirah was an excellent addition. The Final Wars picture gallery was a cute touch, since Toho was making it at the time. Space Godzilla was an awesome addition, probably my favorite "tank" monster to just crush every opponent with, but not so good for city destruction. Ghidorah was faster and had those beams, which made him better for long range attacks, same for Mecha Godzilla. Anguirus was probably my favorite for city destruction and lesser monster fights like against Baragon and Mothra. That roll of his was crazy.

Baragon was supposed to be in the PS2 version of DAM Melee, but obviously the game got scrapped.

Mecha ming ghidorawas so OP becyif u use its shield during an opponents beam attack, you heal instead

Please try Hard difficulty to see (at least) the true (100%) real ending as Godzilla 2000 on Save the Earth. you go to play Godzilla 2000 "Arcade Mode" you WILL get the true ending for Save the Earth. The final boss is literally SpaceGodzilla & hard difficulty absolutely will piss you off (Its fun! I swear!!)... (I play it all the time at 0.75 emulator speed to make the monster movement as film realistic as possible and enemies fuhkin predict the future on hard difficulty...) btw to see my gameplay I post Vids all the time to see how stupid annoying 0.75 gameplay is! (I do NOT recommend it EVARRRR!!!)

I did hear about the secret ending with Hard Mode and I’m planning on doing that if I ever make another video! These games are HARD as it is so I’m sure it’ll be an interesting experience. Thanks for watching!

This game is what made me a Godzilla fan as a kid. Im sure Godzilla is more of a film franchise than a game one but I wish he had more games to compliment the movies in a way that attracted more fans like these did. P.S. No not like the recent kong game

Nah man I never once got to play this game. It was either on GameCube or I think Xbox which I had neither and I’ve yet still to this day have played this game. It makes me sad But it looked so freaking good and cool
