Wait untill Cheru figures out how to do the strangulation floating bodies glitch. Grab neck, shove down and violently wiggle npc around, then quickly pull up and let go. Another thing when throwing items using LT to aim you suppost to let go of the grab button while swinging, not at the end of the swing. By the way that's how you make banana go splat, aim throw onto the ground.

mixed reality and virtual reality is a diffrent thing. You're playing virtual reality and not mixed reality. Mixed reality is when you can see everything around you but there are some effects (for example there's a portal in your room). Virtual reality is when you cannot see anything around you irl and you can see only the game.

You didn't get Silent Assassin because you got compromised when you slapped the scientist with the banana and then punched her in the face. Whereas in the flatscreen run, she slipped on the banana, which doesn't break SA.
