I played Palia so you don't have to ♡ honestly though this game was pretty cute! Palia wasn't exactly what I was expecting, but I still had alot of fun!
pretty please let me know if you enjoyed this style of video! Its a new video format I wanted to try out, and I thought no better way, than when i'm trying out a new game!

Like with most games; the higher your skills get and the further you advance the more fun it gets. A few of my skills are level 7-8 now and I can hang glide and everything is much more fun when you get better tools, better friendship and by that more engaging quests, etc. I quit playing WoW a while ago and Palia has been scratching the itch that I was missing from WoW and I can't get over that it is free after all the years that I paid a subscription as well as bought expansions and bought mounts and pets in the shop on top for the past like 15 years. I bought coins in Palia for $5 as a tip and to get the cute cat but with the contrast of being milked of money by blizzard to free... I'll happily give them my money as a thank you. The game is fun and cute and addicting and I love the world and characters.

It’s for three outfits. You can get just one version of it (with 3 different color options) for much less. Maybe she didn’t realize that, but saying it’s $35 for one outfit is misleading. It’s still expensive, but what do you expect with a free-to-play game? They have to make money somehow.

technically that's 9 outfits for $35. also you can mix and match the different parts of the outfit in different colors from different bundles.

11:00 you know strangely I never really have an issue with hunting and other people stealing my hunt or kill. I feel like I end up on very quiet and isolated servers where it’s almost as if I’m the only one playing with an occasional player here and there running by. So I’m kind of grateful. In Bahari I did encounter more people running around and I see how that can disrupt any hunt but that happened 1/10 times.

With the hunting and stuff if you hit the deer and someone else does as well. You both get loot. They do that since it's an mmo in a small area

I love how keep calling farm but most you get is 81 tiles. You pretty much just get a garden only. So those who are expecting farm like stardew or runefactory. You will be disappointed. The game is fun for free game and the 35 dollars you mentioned is miss leading. Those were bundles so you are buying 3 sets of clothing for 12 dollars a piece. You can buy the clothing separately which is about 16-17 dollars. So if you’re buying a bundle you pretty much get one set free.

The good thing about this game is that when you go hunting, as long as you get a shot in at the animal, you and whoever kills the animal both get the rewards. If you are mining, you can mine with others as long as you get a hit in everyone will get the same minerals. It is the same as flowtrees, but flowtrees you have to upgrade your ax a couple of times before you can chop it.

8 chests on your land and 3 lock boxes for more space, then upgrade your storage chest eventually after 2 or 3 upgrades you get 10,000 space and with 3 lock boxes its 10,300 space. ......you cant steal drops everyone gets it if your doing same thing. and once you upgrade skills and tools things get better like the garden with the purple tool its 1 swipe and your done vs 4-5 for 1 planting slot

i definitely prefer the pc to play, i can imagine that switch is much harder. also, once you get better bow and arrows, the whole mmo part where people take it isnt so bad because you are now the one who is super quick at collecting them ^-^

I agree that the clothing prices are to high I'd never pay that much. But they do have some sales sometimes. Not often though.

I dont want to play it until the developers have more of the bugs fixed - I just feel like Ive heard its buggy and it would make me like playing less

it's actually not that bad imo. the only bugs that interfere with gameplay primarily have to do with wild animals clipping into the terrain or becoming invulnerable. and sometimes recipe info displays incorrect information. other than that, the game is pretty tight for still being in beta.

@@Rylai_xiv the game is not tight. More bugs get added for each patch that releases because it's not tested by QA. If you're playing in EU, the input lagg and disconnections are constant. If you don't get those, then you're in a pretty lucky session for once. Achievements are also bugged where your progress is blacked out. This bug has been in the game since launch of closed beta and has affected more and more players after the festival update. Cooking is also bugged 50% of the time you want to make a dish from a recipe. You have to click H to fix it, or else you'll be stuck and not able to click anything or do any actions while cooking. The animals being invulnerable is very bad when it costs so much to make the magic dispel arrows, only to realize the magic animal is bugged when you use the arrow. The newest air/gale temple is also bugged (main story quest progression). The climbing is awful and if you managed to get past that, you might get soft locked from the temple, not being able to complete it at all like some players are experiencing. Palium are also bugged, since they no longer spawn where they previously did inside their determined spots, so they only spawn randomly where Iron spawns. And let's not mention the constant nerfs to lucrative money makers like Cake parties, tomato seeds, jams, star fragments, and general food focus nerfs.

You forgot the dream light Disney one has more transactions buying dlc and an extra character and all the houses you buy on a time limit and some closing aren’t free than buying clothes for fun if you don’t have the money people won’t judge you for it.

For some reason when I look at buildings window I see the sky and the sky is somewhat on my farm lol the game is too buggy for play and I ended up stop playing it

Then there’s me who has paid $100 for a single skin in another game 😭💀🤣 …..multiple times 🙃 Lmao but that games a special case and I play it enough to not care, no way I’d pay $35 a skin for a farm sim, maybe 10-15 , maybe they’ll lower them eventually if no one buys them

No. It's $35 for a bundle of 9 outfits. Same outfit but you get 3 variations and each variation has 3 different colors. Granted you can only buy 1 variation (3 outfits at a time) but the math works to be $4 per outfit. you spend about $12 at a time because you cant buy a single one. Just a variation which holds 3. If that makes sense.
