I purchased two pairs of Tecovas.....

After so many years of wanting to purchase and own a good pair of cowboy boots, I finally made a decision; I purchased two pairs of Tecovas!
This decision was not an easy one to make, and after a very long research and comparing the best boots available, I went ahead and drove two hours from Orlando all the way to Jacksonville, Florida just to be able to visit the only Tecovas store in the state of Florida. I must confess that it was worth it 100%
The two models are :
The traditional pointy tip cowboy boots are The Cartwright in Cafe Goat color.
The square tip boots are The Doc, in Goat Scotch color.
The Cartwrights have a tighter fit, while The Doc has a loose fit, but they feel fantastic.
To me, these two pairs are what I expected but didn't know if they were going to be that nice.
I am very happy with my purchase and will go back to Jacksonville for another pair in the near future.

I visited the same store recently and bought a pair of Cartwrights in scotch goat. They're my first pair of cowboy boots and my favorite boots!

Hello Justmedabbie. The pointy ones are the traditional style cowboy boots, while the square tips are more of a casual everyday wear type of boots. Although you can wear them at any time, it all depends on the type of clothes that you are wearing or the occasion. These boots are extremely comfortable, and I will wear the pointy one to work today. At the end of the day, I will know which pair is more comfortable for an all-day standing and walking. I will report back soon.

The second pair of boots are not "J-Toe", they are "Round Toe".

What models of Tecovas did you get? I don’t remember you saying so.

Hello there, Da_reverend You are absolutely correct, I did not mention the names of the boots that I purchased, so here we go... The classic cowboy style (pointy tip) they are called The Cartwright, and the color is Cafe Goat. The second pair, it is called The Doc. These are the ones with the square tip, and the color is called Goat Scotch. Now, between these two models, the most comfortable one is The Doc, as these boots feel like you are not wearing any boots but a slipper, lol. The Cartwright has a tighter fit, but it is very comfortable. I have worn both of these pairs at work, and after an all-day wear, I can attest that your feet feel better with the Docs than with the Cartwright because of the style and the initial fit. Both of these boots are, in my opinion, worth the money. Thank you for stopping by my humble channel and for watching my videos. It is much appreciated.
