Totally on board with Evernote {dead since v10) and Jira {still popular in corps.. but dwindling!). Todoist = gold. Outlook, new version... Different animal, getting better (calendly killer). Notion, powerful but slow.. offline is a dog. Not intuitive enough. Finally loop... Dirty but smooth, kills Notion on collaboration, realtime etc. Purpose built for office l but working well, with copilot this will replace onenote

I'm a undisciplined ADHD type of guy. So I am building a "mock" system in Excel, and then will build something to utilize my datatypes and classifications, with some sort of dashboard windows to show things. Notion or Anytype or Capacities. Or just keep it in Excel and display the tasks using the new dynamic array functions? Thanks for the vid

I just love Ticktick, To-Do apps should be easy and intuitive, for me it 'ticks' both of these boxes ... see what I did there?

I am not 100% sold on Akiflow, but at the moment it conects my todoist and my Notion and my calendar in one place. Akiflow is super expensive and the iOS App is far from ready. How can I improve my setup? 😊 Thank you for your videos, enjoying them a lot. ❤
