Well done Holly, 4:05 is incredibly good for a first marathon. Humans are absolutely meant to run long distance! It’s totally natural and we are better at it than any other creatures. You’re on a slippery slope now with your Dad having done 5, you’ve got to beat him!

We ARE evolved to run (just not really on tarmac in a huge crowd of course!)
