I know this was a long time ago but the page written in red was SO RELATABLE, I “advanced” quicker than other girls my age so I had to shop at the teens isle when a was a kid and now that I’m a teen I have to shop at the adults, when I was younger this made me SO INSECURE because the kids at my school would look at me weirdly because of my body “advancing” quicker that theirs, even their GROWN MOMS would say stuff to me and my mom (they still do to this day)and seeing someone else having a similar situation makes me feel so much better!❤

I think I know "A". He watches your channel with me, and when he saw the younger pictures of you in the last journal video he looked surprised, then he started talking about it. He said he liked you, but was trying to play hard to get, then started liking another girl, and started dating in secret, but then A (Not revealing his name for privacy reasons) realised he liked Lauren, so broke up with his now ex girlfriend. But then, a new kid arrived in School called G. G was a boy, but A really liked him. Like, like-liked him. But he was to shy, and too late because G started dating someone else. Okay but as a girl who has bigger chest, this was really relatable. I’ve always been accused of stuffing and getting bullied. This gives me hope. And if you are a girl who has a smaller chest who has a friend who has a bigger chest (sorry run on sentence lol), it’s not really enjoyable to have a bigger chest. So please don’t compare yourself because obviously it’s not fun to have either honestly 😂. It’s uncomfortable and I always have back pain. It was really weird being a 12 year old and already have a D-cup. And I hear girls who have small chests constantly feel they have a boyish figure, and compare themselves. I just want to say you’re beautiful no matter what your body looks like. But yeah this video is super great for me ❤️

Lauren's diary transports me back to those awkward middle school years in a way nothing else does except for Turning Red. I was not boy crazy at all but the drama about friendships and dating and stuff was still very real and constant.

Okay, so I absolutely relate to this so much! Especially since I am 11 turning 12. I have bigger yk for my age and everyone thinks I stuff (which i don’t) and I’ve always been insecure about it. Thank you Lauren for sharing this on the internet😂

Nobody's gonna care but idc. Storytime about my childhood trauma: When I was in the 5th grade I had a crush on this guy, (lets just call him 🥪 for the sake of privacy) and 🥪 was the school's equivalent of a celebrity. He wasn't rich or famous, everyone just loved him. He had a huge friend group and all the girls loved him. Anyway, while I was at my bff's house she told my other friend that I liked 🥪, but the problem is that a later that day, my bff told 🥪's friend (let's call him 🥦) that I liked 🥪, and 🥦 told 🥪 what my bff said. Keep in mind, I never gave her permission to do any of that. The next day at the crowded blacktop (where he hang out for recess), 🥪 walked up to me with his entire friend group and asked my friend if what my bff said was true, and she answered yes in the loudest, most attention grabbing way possible. 🥪 Said he didn't like me, and he was pretty nice about the rejection, but what made me feel really bad was that the entire school started laughing at me. My bff had no right to reveal my secret, that I truly trusted her to keep, to 🥪 or 🥦. She never apologized because she, and I quote, "thought I was okay with it." I was in fact not okay with it, because who would be? I get that she was just trying to help see if 🥪 liked me back, but she could've asked for permission first or at least tell me she was gonna do that. I eventually "forgave" her, and we're still BFF's to this day. (I said "forgave" because I'm still mad/sad/embarrassed I just don't bring it up anymore) Edit: she did it again! 😭😭😭😭 I'm NOT gonna let it slide this time! Edit 2: ... I let it slide. I'm to much of a pushover okay!? 😭

I was born in oct 6 2000, and it's interesting hearing Lauren reading a diary she wrote while I was baby. Hearing anything to do with early 2000's feels so nostalgic. Sometimes I just miss being a kid watching Barbie and Disney movies on vhs tapes.
