I’ve watched every video you have ever posted on this channel. You do not put out crap at all! As a soap maker, you are a person I aspire to be. If you stop making videos, I completely understand. True. I found her videos right after I lost my job. I was despondent and needed something...her videos were awesome and upbeat. She was my first subscribe on YT. But just in real life, some people are chosen and some people are not. It is unfair and has always been unfair. That's how I lost my job. A credentialed teacher losing their job to someone without even a college degree! WTH?! I understand why she wants to give up, but she is loved and will be missed.

@@vernaharris8730 Right, she is so upbeat & heart warming. As a substitute teacher, I understand & respect the unfairness of that. It ain't right... no matter how much the V & VP's like & favor that Sub. Admin needs to get their fairness gauge in check. I've seen plenty of Subs given their own class, while others who work even harder (myself included) are looked over & left on the scrap pile. The bottom of the bucket. The,..*"If we run out of Subs, we'll finally call this person"* list. One sub was allowed to continue working this entire pandemic, while the rest of us 5 are left to blow in the wind. #•Thank•God•I'm•A•$💰$•Horder 😄❗At other schools I was one of the very highly favored. I was juiced in. At this new school I'm in their bucket 🪣 pile. Mainly bc I'm new there, however, more to the point, they already had their favorite picks. Daily, there are 3 people who are the first to show up at work. The head janitor, one teacher & ME. I show up consistently over 2 hours early (6:55 am). I actually TEACH, from the text, instead of handing out coloring paper, then play on my phone (like some subs do). Didn't mean to publish a 📖 book on this thread (L😆L). But your situation touched my heart. You, as a state accredited licensed Teacher were owed "first choice". I too,.. see quite clearly,.. the RiDiCuLousness of that. As it relates to you, Mrs. Verna Harris & myself... 🙏 GOD is WATCHING ! ALWAYS !!! Our Day Will Come (when our Heavenly Father will restore & edify us right before the eyes 👀 of those who OVERLOOKED us). By God's Power & Will, it will be done. I LIVE for that day. We only, just must wait, on GOD's TIME. We got this. You & I. Great Blessings 🌺.

I've definitely noticed as a subscriber, that youtube is just not showing me videos for people I'm subscribed to. It sucks things like that have affected your channel so much :/ I've always enjoyed your videos; you're really fun to watch/ listen to!

I know that I can personally say that even though I am subscribed to your channel, I haven't been getting any notifications stating any new video. Even with YT not recommending, it still wasn't notifying of any new postings. So there is definitely a problem, and I feel you should know. Stay strong! ❤

Oh I love your videos but I do understand your decision. I am seing a low views as well at almost 200 k subscribers, I have videos stuck at 6-7k views. Who knows what is going on... 💕💕💕 Your choices, you know what is best.

It really does suck, especially when we put some much work and love into what we do. My channel today has been going crazy, adding views, taking them away, adding income and taking that away as well, LOL!

You're right it's the algorithms plus any truths that people put out KZfaq targets the truthers and people who put out positive change videos! How ridiculous of an excuse to give....can't subscribe unless people view it! Another thing I think is that they pick and choose algorithm manipulation also..I wanted to let you know .....I don't get notifications on your videos

I hope you don't leave youtube. I had noticed several times when I would want to watch relaxing soap making videos that I couldn't find you and I would search for you! I was not getting recommended your videos. I will hit the bell notifications and hopefully your videos will pop up. That would be my tip, everyone turn on the bell for your videos.

I'm so sorry YT have treated you so so badly, you were one of the first soapmakers I watched and inspired me to try it for myself. I'm a messy soap maker myself and when watching how fantastic your soaps turn out I don't mind being messy. You do what is right for you Kenny you will always be one of my absolute favourites. Your mental health is more important than the bigwigs at YT. You and your soaps are amazing.

KZfaq has been getting pretty bad. They are constantly trying to force channels in my recommended that I NEVER watch the genre. Hey I couldn't make a comment I could only a reply here.

I consider your channel totally successful. I have a channel that I've been working on for 6 years and I don't even have 1000 subscribers. I spent two years on my soap and only got 400 subscribers. You've absolutely done better than most soapers.

That's real shame that this is happening to you after 5 years. Somethings not right. I really love your Channel and you do have great content. Small content creators are having a hard time on yt because these big companies pay so much to YT for ads so YT algorithms are driving/pushing those companies to the forefront. YT has sold out to the big companies for ad dollars.

Please DO NOT let anyone steal your joy. Please do not give them that power. If making videos and sharing your love of soaping is your passion, find the right platform that will support you--even if you add the videos to your personal website. Girly, I hope you understand how important you have been to a lot of us and our own journeys. I’m sorry you are going through this. I understand the feeling of “why should I do all this work for no one to watch.” I feel like I can’t even get my KZfaq adventure to start. 1 year + 60ish videos= 162 subscribers . Like wtf? It’s been a mind fuc. It’s made me question everything. It’s heartbreaking to see sometimes. Hello fellow Michigan Soaper 👋🏾! You have every right to be hurt, pissed, frustrated, angry and whatever other emotion you’re feeling. I’ve been subscribed to you for years and you’re one of the first soapers I subscribed to. You have been consistently providing quality content and there’s no reason your channel isn’t where other channels are. Also not even with just your channel, but other channels, I’ve had to go and find if you and others were still active and that is WITH notifications ON! YT has been on some bs for a while and actively decided which channels they’ll recommend and which ones they won’t and then deeming your channel as “unwatched”. Nope I call BS!

Hi Kenny, I can't even imagine how hard it is to work a full time job, film/edit/upload videos, and fulfill your soap orders. Not to mention being a full time Mom and wife. I've ordered from you twice and your craftsmanship is impeccable. I was an honorable mention (Stephanie) in your Valentine's Day packaging video. Although, I would hate to see you go.....I do understand your personal health and well-being is paramount. I wish you much success in every way possible. ❤

I’m confused what’s the colour of your skin got to do with making soap , why on earth would you not fit in ? Soap making is hugely diverse I watch people from all over the world make beautiful soap and I’ve never seen anyone not fit in or even thought that x You shouldn’t look at the colour of your skin as a difference we’re all the same and we all can be creative and make amazing things xx

There is a purpose in what you do - you inspire so many people like myself. I am new to soap making and despite how many failures I have had with my formulations (there have been many) you have made me hopeful that I can make this thing work. I have learned so much from you. Kenny I feel you. I had to take a break too. Just not worth the time when I got 5 kids and now I am homeschooling. Im taking a loooog break until they go back to school. I love your one on one sit down videos you tell it like it is. I started watching you because your soap are original and creative. I know those soap ideas are bouncing are in your head.

Hello Libby, I can absolutely relate to You. YT is my only platform too. I joined in 2014 and had no one to ask how it worked. Totally terrified of doing something wrong I didn't dare to push anything LOL. The mystery of the description box and finally realize I could push the Show more button. Oh Kenny! Please don't go! I really love your videos but mostly love your unique, happy, fun loving self. Do the videos or not. But if you do continue - don't worry about viewership, etc.. Just have fun doing what you love. Don't stress over it. Life is too short to be worrying/stressing over everything. Blame the KZfaq algorithm. I’m getting recommended videos from over 10 years ago about nothing. Half the the time I don’t even get notifications or maybe videos were missed because a lot of people uploaded that day. Do what works best for you. There’s Instagram and tiktok. make the best out of your adventure!! I watch your videos multiple times for learning.
