The reason why Juventus have this much talent is because of their financial situation which forced Allegri to use the youth more. But the reason they have this much potential is the Juventus next GEN team. They produce some of the best youngsters in world football and are a regular team playing in Serie C. This project was so successful for them that other Serie A teams are following and it started this season with a new Serie C team being introduced which is Atalanta U23. Inter are expected to follow as well.

If you're really into Yildiz then you should change his number to 10, especially when you said that you are building the team around him. Keeping his number to be still 15 seems off, roleplay-wise. Eventually making him the captain should also be the thing that you do.
