I have no idea how Brighton are so bad in the sims. Every career mode I've played (not using Brighton) has had them in the bottom half, with a majority of those finishes being near the drop or in it. EA did them so dirty in CM :(

@@bradleygregory6280 i agree with that 100% but making them relegation candidates in the sim when they should realistically be around the bottom half of the top 10 is a big discrepancy.

Having been a huge Brighton fan all my life. Seeing you burst through the doors, selling Dunky (Brighton boy through and through) and then replacing him with Guehi from our arch rivals Palace almost made me pass out and throw up at the same time 😂😂

I did a career mode challenge on my own like this, but with AJAX focused on selling players for the largest profit possible every season. Maybe instead of highest rated you can do largest value and try to rebuild AJAX who have lost a lot of squad value with this rule set!

And how is that possible.. Every cup competition trophy grants a maximum europa league spot. So how to qualify for ucl from second division? One way might be there, qualify for ucl then win it with a super first team but play below average lineup in league games but that too might be tough coz on simulation your best 3 players might get sub on and win you the league games. So just own goals in league games 😅

Nice but I think when we start winning trophies and become a regular Champions League team then no one will be willing to leave. Once De Zerbi said "The big clubs can buy our players but they can't buy our soul". In my opinion, I think I will love and I think I DeZerBit.

if a player is doing very good, loan him out mid season so you don't have to sell him at the end of the season.
