Great video goodwin. Its crazy how some players surpass potentials.. In my CD Leganes career their og keeper Conde had a max pot. of 72 and hes currently 83 rated after 3 seasons and still growing.

Quick tip : there's a glitch in career modes to make young players grow faster, mostly when simulating through seasons. It only works with wingers, or side players (LB, RB, LWB, RWB, LW, RW, LM, RM) where basically you just need to invert their roles (if a player if LM, you put him to RM) but you never actually change his position. You just leave the role changing through simulation and all the youngsters will massively grow. Trust it, and try it.
