@@3bomb Rerendering just to change color wasn't necessary, you can just copy the animation sequence and thne use find and replace to change colors. Also I totally think Action Script could do this on the go. (Damn, I'm glad I never invested my time into Action Script. Those poor Action Script devs, they didn't know what was coming)

This explains why it was SUCH a big deal to them in retrospect to add another color of penguin. I remember how annoyed everyone was that there weren't more colors, me included, but after hearing how they made them I'm extremely impressed they had that many at all.

The montage of you working on those backgrounds with the classical music playing, I've never felt something resonate so deeply within my very soul. It didn't just make me laugh, it perfectly encapsulates the effort, the determination, the pain that comes with any kind of large digital illustration project that ends up taking days, weeks, even months. But when it's finished and you can finally lean back, rub your eyes and stretch your weary bones it's beautiful, it was all worth it, even if nobody but a very small group of like minded folks understand and you'd never even begin to explain it to your family. You did it, you managed to portray that yes, even shitposts take an impressive amount of determination. GG my man.

its really simple: youtube has moved away from "real" content- to a mixture of "mass produced" and "poor quality" content, it doesn't matter if you make high quality 20 minute videos every few weeks or months, they're more likely to give attention to someone who makes 5-20 second ~vines~ youtube shorts several times a day.

I always said that every game would be better once it includes a gimp suit and I am yet to be proven wrong Also if you want to try hands at ruining more peoples childhood, some people like me were more on the Neopets sides than Club Penguin (I ONLY JUST NOW REALIZED THAT CLUB PENGUIN HAS THE INITIALS CP...the jokes actually write themself) so seeing you try to make an M rated Neopets could be interesting

Legends say puffles still roam this dark hearted island, but not friendly. Puffles were the penguins companions and loyal pets until 2020, not only was the game abandoned at that time, but the place got a overhall, the mascots are retired, sensei died, and the penguins…? They’re mass shooters across the island. The puffles roam the island with fear, having send 3 puffles a day to try and find food/ or something to drink. The penguins have gone completely insane, and there’s no stopping them. Waddle on.

This is unbelievably amazing. Club penguin was my childhood game, and seeing this attack on it is honestly beautiful. The top down combat gameplay reminds me a lot like enter the gungeon with the dodge rolling move! Honestly I feel like if you had the time and energy, you could make this into a roguelike game\top down exploration game with this sort of combat, because it works really well!

God can you imagine if this was constantly updated on a larger scale too? Fascinating and honestly i love it. My next canidate for adulterizing is animal jam (i would play both club penguin and animal jam sometimes at the same time)
