A bit sad all th lemur stuff got cut out. The extra footage from Julian & Paul , some shots really squared up like film scenes sometimes. & the editing is top notch.

There's a lot of little segments that the editors had to cut out to focus on the activities, which makes sense but the banter was so good and even better than the activity in some like the tuk-tuk, bowling, the giftshops, so many koko karas!! If you have any interest in skimming through the vods, people have thankfully timestamped them for your perusal.

i finally got to finish watching this and it actually got me tearing up. i got to lurk around for some of these streams too, but watching it all together reminds me of when i used to be able to go road trips with friends and family. now that everyone has their own family and no one has time to do anything any more, seeing the boys play games at night and hang out during the day...that feeling of nostalgia and bonding just hits differently

Mudan rarely edits videos personally anymore since he covers like almost 10-15 other channels (like almost all of the channels under the main company). He has an editing team now. But he oversees all of them. This one was made by Engine.

This trip in real time, and now this condensed version of it feel like what the travel channel should be showing. Just a group of friends exploring the country theyre living in with friends. And were just one of the group along for the ride too. Fucking love this format man, its reawakening my wanderlust. Absolute gigachads
