So I was invited to another HOI4 Multiplayer with some less competitive player and let's say that my Germany was a little too strong for a game like this.

At 8:30 Dankus doesn't bother look at the name of the guy before promoting him and the editor just completely cuts out the part where we can see it. But by using the fact it's a new mechanic I can deduce Wilhelm Weber is the promoted field commander.
