It's an alright industrial setup to start with, but might I make the following suggestions: - There's still plenty of room for more coops. Just get rid of that dreadfully inefficient house. The average slave only needs a 3x3 living space at most, and that's if you want to spoil them with extravagances like beds and toilets. - Having a single slave manning it all will become unsustainable in the long run, so inviting some more volunteers is recommended. Maybe the children from before. You can market it as a fun activity where they get to try on the life of a farmhand. - I understand that you want something a bit more lavish for the dear leader to live in, so to avoid taking up valuable space, I suggest building his quarters a few floors above the ground, resting on columns or the slave cells. Not only does he get a great view of the neighbourhood and his workforce from there, but it will cast a constant shadow onto his slaves to remind them of who's in charge. - If there's any colour left anywhere once you're done, purge it to the best of Sims 4's no-colour-wheel-having ability. Grey is good for worker morale, everything else is a distraction.
