I remember owning this set as a kid, ended up selling it online for like 15 bucks because i was frustrated at the fact that savage opress horn piece kept coming off and also asajj ventress didnt include the skirt piece found in older sets. Still seeing it boxed here brings back memories, man i really loved the clone wars era!

Good topic. Thanks for sharing your Lego experience. There are many successful Lego resellers on YT. Most of their biz model is buy sets that have a shorter shelf life, will be retiring soon, are a popular culture theme, buy at a discounted price, and sell at end of 3rd quarter into 4th quarter. The hold time is shorter than 10 years, lol. There are also resellers that buy sets and sell at comic/toy conventions or have their own website/store. There are also different types of "bricks" made for vintage pieces in the UK/Euro market that you won't find here in the US. I bought a Lego Duplo set, Frozen Theme, tea party, that I got for $3.50 at a yard sale, NIB, for my niece but she already had the set built. I sold it during a clean out for $34. Yes, dip your toes in different niches as everyone will have different likes/dislikes. As for books vs bricks, IMO there are more people shopping for Lego than books at this time.

The original Clone Wars series was on Cartoon Network im pretty positive.
