I feel for tanks that don't add Dva into their tank line up. I feel that even mid Dva's I've seen could gap and shut down this Bap pretty easy. Not to mention she's strong against basically their whole team if played right.

Hey, this is Psychopomp! I was so happy to see you review this game, and I knew that mercy shatter would've been funny lol. I've always struggled with high ground stuff, and I'll try to focus on that as I climb! Supports were goated that game too, and even though we lost we never gave up, and I think that's why we got so close.

OW Rule #8: If they have a rein, you must go rein or you've lost the mental. OW Rule #9: If you're having the Rein battle and you swap off, you lost the game in everyone's mind.

not me cheering for this guy to win, he is doing great.. i really like throughout the game he know or realize whats the problem and who he prioritize to kill after his dps keep failing to kill the bap. Also the moment when the enemy mercy res someone, it seems like he the only one that really care to kill and always keep on eye on her. intense game tho, wish him getting a lot win streak this season

This guy is actually pretty good for gold. Being able to adjust mid game is actually a massive trait, i bet he’ll hit diamond if you ask where he is in a months time.

I like all the talk about highground and dva Pick. Ive been playing a lot in Gold. You cant make a Gold tank go highground. If you use vc to try and make Them. The answer Will usually be “what a stupid ideer, im tank. Im the protector” tanks in Gold thinks they have to be the raid boss on the payload. Playing like a WoW tank. Facetanking all damage.

I still hate the fact that masters/gms etc. get paired with bronze silver gold on there of role. they game sense they have is to different. they should make matchmaking based on mmr not rank. The matchmaking system in overwatch is the worst I experienced

After only 1 min, I will say thats is what I fear about new comp when solo players get into wide mmr matches(like 4 stack vs 4 stack).

For 13:40, on that spot I remembering being a Lifeweaver, and they had a Widow Highground against us. 1 flower petal later, and Widow got jumpscared by an Orisa. Was laughing my ass off, you could tell they were fully scoped in.

If they add 2nd access to high ground, inside that building with the balcony would be great. It means attack has to at least get a little bit of map control on second to access high ground but it would be a lot more feasible than currently.

The green screen section reminds me of when my setup was mega scuffed and I had a light right behind me, so i set up a luma key in OBS for playing D&D with friends online. Especially because otherwise it looked like I had the light of a thousand suns at my back.

I really like Winston on the third point defense on Dorado.

I ended up in a lobby with necros on the enemy team as genjii (my skill level was probably around silver but I was in placements still) and we ended up winning because we acknowledged that we had to outnumber him. If someone clearly out skills you then counterpick and out number. Sometimes you have to stop playing normally because if you did you'd be in a 4v5 at best. We focused him and basically pocketed the supports so he got no value which led to a very intense and close game. It ended up that while he out matched us, his team was way lower level, and had he been a gold or below player we woulda rolled.

Ppl are allergic to high ground I swear. I'll go high ground be alone, then i'll stop going high ground because i stick with the team and we lose. It's hilarious. This game is the most resistive to teammwork.

I'm silver I use high ground any chance I get because of videos like this and it's nice. Sadly it doesn't help much when you get so many leavers that no amount of good positioning can make up for.

If this is on console I know exactly who that bap is because them and mercy are a duo. except we rolled them because i was also on my off role which is tank so we just jumped him lol

Overwatch matchmaking is so great (joking) im plat 5 currently after deranking 3 times from plat 2 because i go against masters and gm players i wouldnt mind it if they would atleast give me that rank instead of slowly deranking me its very draining last match i went 41-10 and still lost because a masters doom was rolling my team

emongg sure has a lot of fait that bronze - gold knows how to hide behind a rein shield...I can't tell you the number of times that I'm holding up shield and my bap is 2 steps in front of me and gets rolled.........

I can't be the only one to have noticed that the enemy Mercy was absolutely stupid! Constantly out of position and going for res when it meant they would 100% die. 😂 I often wonder what goes through someone's mind when they attempt res in those situations. 90% of the time even if you get it off the person you brought back will die again. Now you've super staggered your team and cost a minimum of the next team fight.

Blizzard Shills: Even if they are a masters player they are playing their off role which means they aren't as good and are there for a reason so it's balanced! The Off Role Master Player: *picks Baptiste and immediately starts rolling the entire enemy team. Players who have been calling it out: This is why. Mind you I'm a 1:21 in but when the first fight is Bap getting 3-4 elims this is what we are talking about. Even in an off role you can't stop someone who has better positioning and understanding of the game than you.

Man, this isn't special. All of my matches have masters people in them, at least 50% have GM. Playing comp is literally less sweaty than playing QP because its the only place I can go where everyone else is gold too. Also being gold is no excuse to just sit there watching Bap on high ground, untouched. Come on!!

I'm gonna be honest the gimmicky green screen adds basically nothing but wasted time... a static image is so much less useful than just panning out and showing things lol
