Trader Steve has been stuck in the elven lands for months now. But it is finally time to finish this huge crystal shard grind. I have spend over 40 hours so far grinding crystal shards, but its time to try a new method.
The bowfa is nearly within grasp we just need more money, crystal shards and skill requirements. Ok maybe that's a good number of requirements still, but today we are going to knock some of the big ones out.

Rules:
-This is a main account that has access to the grand exchange.
-Money can be earned in any way, but no trading or transferring money over to Steve.
-Once a unique rare item from the list has been purchased a new adjacent chunk can be chosen. (I will allow an exceptions to use natural forms of transport such as ships, boats, canoes, minecarts etc
-To unlock new chunks each new item must be unique and not a repeat.

With some rounding, you were gonna unlock 300ish chunks out of 450ish right, so 20 new items with 30 new chunks will keep the ratio, seems like a great way to go about regional expansions!

This video is super relatable. I feel like the Bowfa + Crystal Armor has been the big goal of my account for at least 3-4 months now. But between getting my quest cape, doing achievement diaries and the subsequent skilling grinds, I feel like I've barely made any progress towards it, lol. Like, the next week or more is probably gonna be dedicated to 99 crafting because it's my clan's skill of the month, and green d'hide bodies are very marginally profitable at the moment, and getting the crafting cape for profit is hard to pass up. It's crazy how a single market shift can derail your account for 10s of hours lol.

Add more items! I think as significant items come in that will be over 1m (and not drop after like a week) that way you have room for more chunks and potentially the quest cape

Just an idea maybe worth using 2 chuncks to unlock gauntlet good for gp shards and armor seeds ontop of that u can use it as a regen pool if u just enter and leave also makes it to where u can get the unlock without having to grind skills for creation seems worth it to me :D

I'd say if the game is adding new chunks, it's only fair that any and all new items that get added to the game can be added to the list. If that's too many items, then you can also stipulate that each item must be worth at least 1M _when you buy it,_ so you can't just add a ton of items that are only expensive because they're new. You could also make this retroactive, voiding those items that you've already bought for under 1M and dropped the difference on the ground.

i actually just got my first bowfa. While grinding for the mole pet (i went super dry fwiw. finally got it after hitting top 200 on the hiscores for mole to give u a ball park...) at one point i forgot i was still on a high population world and omw to the mole hole i saw the fally guards advertising a drop party so i went to check it out. And even tho my rng at mole was awful my rng at this fally drop party was insane. I got about 15 mil in smaller 1-2m uniques over a few rounds, and at the end whoever was hosting it dropped a bowfa and i got it :'), used it for the last 6000 or so kills on my grind lol

I think, as long as an item is over 1m at the time of purchase, it is completely valid and doesnt detract from the spirit of the challenge

Two chunks from unlocking gauntlet; needs a bofa, full crystal armour, and a ton of crystal shards... spends months thieving, doing zalcano, and then colliseum. confusing to say the least
