Love when everybody picks it for a Bot Extermination mission and nothing makes it to the ground alive except for their tanks, which promptly get cratered by 500kg bombs.

you also have to remember it has a charging up period before it fires. Like I have been killed plenty of times by like missiles while trying to line up and charge up a shot with a hulk's eye slit. and sometimes it instead hits the face plate around the eye, not doing any damage to it.

10 second cooldown, and does NOT one shot even medium enemies without hitting their weak spot. Does NOT need a nerf. When you have 5 drop ships and a dozen heavies at a time that 10 second reload makes you rethink any OP thoughts haha

I dont mind a spartan laser in this game. Maybe give it longer cooldown and only let you deploy it once or twice.

i've noticed engaging automatons at farther ranges sometimes can be the turning point of a potential otherwise grindhouse situation. using AMR, MG or Crazee Cannon to support teammates moving in is a bit bonkers and can make for some smooth gameplay against the clankers

It is good, but I've botched so many shots by being flinched during the 3 second charge up on bot missions that I've been trying out other options more. But I also play a lot of solo which effects that.

Honestly I see the cool down being increased to like 30 seconds between shots, to bring it more in line with the EATs and recoiless rifle. But even without that nerf, I think people are crying too much about the railgun. Been using that a lot recently, and let's face it you're not going to back to back take down three missile devastators with the quasar, and I can do it without them even noticing me. Illegal broadcasts can stay vulnerable to rockets, but I think some of the other objectives should be given a look at. Make the goddamn shriekers fly around their tower so it can't be sniped from a distance because you end up hitting one of those bastards. Right now, pretty much no one actually fights those, making them kind of a pointless addition.

This Cesar cannon is extremely powerful. AH need to bump up cooling time

On paper it looks like better than RR, but idk why I just not a big fan of the charge up time. I end up still running RR for bug, and sometimes bring in Quasar for bot. One observation I made is when play against bug and play with teammate with Quasar, I always end up take down most of the heavies with RR and EAT. Because either I fire off before they do or they didn't have a good chance to do it. But for bots, Quasar all days just because they are not in your face and you get a lot more chance to engage from far.

I feel ya homie but honestly it doesnt hold a candle to a recoilless and auto cannon crew, rate of fire is key against a bukkakke of devesators

I find the AC more effective overall. Nothing beats the satisfaction of taking down a dropship though, even if those onboard survive

This thing sucks against automatons, it's almost useless compared to Autocannon, AMR, Laser Cannon and Railgun. You don't need anything but 110mm Rocket Pods to deal with Tanks and Cannon Towers, becauss everything else can be killed much faster and easier by weapons I listed above. I don't understand all this hype around Quasar and I really dislike KZfaqrs and their audience, who nuw run only Quasar+Shield Pack like brainless herd
