Yes, they are very intelligent animals. They would go crazy, cooped up in a small cage. This natural space has so much enrichment and opportunities for encouraging natural behavioural. They look so happy!

The parakeets cage is really beautiful. But the way you can add a small door or window on side, so thay you will not need to get inside the cage to give foods or waters. You will able to get them foods without disturbing the birds thay way.

Lovely outdoor aviary. Use the old cage for selective breeding. Blue cere beak are males and brown are females in breeding condition. See the pied mutations, like solid yellow or blue to breed. Blue and green are most common colors. Fancy parakeets are different markings usually don’t have black or so on wings which saw you had a few. Get some white ones to mix in and they will mix colors more. The rare colors like rainbows sell more, also English budgies.

Hi Dexter! Love your channel! I suggest you attach a Self-Closing Spring Hinge to both aviary doors so that it can automatically close everytime you go in and out. An extra safety in case you forget to close it.

The breeding clay pots should be hung with the wide mouth onto the mesh. This way there is only one entrance into the pot and the birds feel for secure to lay eggs and nest.

Dexter It's really good to see your bird. But one thing for your information is that budgerigars (as these birds are called,they are not love bird) don't need any extra material inside their nest box. It would be lot more easier for them to breed in an empty clay pot. And for their poops inside the pot would easily be removed..

Hi Dexter, Beautiful Aviary, try adding a small perch (wooden stick) in front of each hole of the clay pot and bamboo nests.

the bamboo nests should have access doors for you to check on the conditions of the chicks inside....that is, if there is mortality you can clean it

Hello dexter sir, cage set is really very good..... but i want to suggest you that, place the mud pot atleast 2.5 sqare feet away from each other because when the birds are in breeding mood they will fight with their neighboring birds pair and casualties may take place..... also the birds may kill the neighboring bird chicks also..... i am suggesting you with my personal experience of 8 years..... this will help birds in getting privacy as well.... i hope this will help u 😉
