Totally agree that eco-anxiety is about lack of control. It feels like we're trying to fill a water bucket with an eyedropper and people with power keep drilling holes in the bottom. I'm glad you're back, and I hope you continue to take care of yourself. 🌍❤

I just found your channel and I’m already looking forward to your next upload :) In regards to how I handle the climate anxiety, I mostly just try not to think about it while doing the best I can (thrifting and reusing are what I do most). I’d be destitute if I dwell in it more than that (I’m still angry at my cheap landlord removing all recycling in my neighborhood and I don’t have a car to take waste to recycling myself. That’s just one example of my lack of control.), which is why I’m hesitant to be a activist. I’m pretty pessimistic that things will get worse before they get better due to the lack of control most of us have. So I just focus on what I can do about it. At least I can say I’ve tried. 👍
