Plus, For me, creating a more healthy relationship with food means "all food fit." Therefore, there's no food I call junk food.

What if someone's weight is lower because of restrictions, and once they're allowing more food and trying to have a good relationship with their body, they're gaining weight? And that's their happy weight now?

In recovery, GAINING your life, spark, energy and happiness often means also gaining weight. Your happy weight is where your mood is lifted, hormones are balanced, you can fall asleep easily because you are free to think of things other than calories. Sometimes it means weight loss, sometimes weight gain, and sometimes - it's a matter of changing how you feel about your weight.
