I’ve read a few anti diet books so I understand they don’t work for most, especially me. I just struggle to cut down on the sugar without turning it in to a diet, it seems the more I try to cut back on it the more I eat. I know for sure I’m having far too much junk

I love your results. I'm currently 3 months into my mataintance cosmelan 2 twice a day. Yesterday, I had my cosmelan reset to target stubborn pigmentation so looks like I'll be home bound for the next few days. My trigger food is mostly something fatty and sweet like cookies, industrial popcorn, chocolate, icecream, Nutella etc. Mostly eaten at night in front of the TV. And although I don't eat it very often sometimes I crave for fastfood, like burgers, chips and chicken mcnuggets from McDonalds. And I'm really hooked on carbohydrates. I would love to feel relaxed around food after 43 years of obsessing about it on a daily basis with the only effect that I'm now having the body I always thought I had without having it (instead I've been at a normal weight or even lean). Now my doctor told me to loose weight because of high blood pressure and an inheritet (probably) arterioskleroses which is the opposite of letting go of dieting. And I'm really not sure how no handle this ambivalence.

I fell for one of those ads promoting those slimming gummies once. It turned out that they were just very expensive high dose vitamin C. I bought them in secret and hid them in my bedside drawer because I was so ashamed I'd resorted to buying a supposed miracle vitamin that was going to solve all my weight problems and that I'd been duped by the ad. I've started blocking or removing ads for stuff like Hormone Harmony and other supplements that claim to have benefits that appear on my feeds. Bought your book on audiobook and loved it and love the meals from your site - it makes eating better much more enjoyable!
