Ever wondered what happens if you stop judging yourself for a whole week? Well, I decided to find out. After watching this video, you might just want to try it yourself.
The plan? Document my journey over the next 7 days, working hard to cut down on my self-judgment. Spoiler alert: it's been driving me nuts.
And guess what? I'll be doing this while traveling to Mount Athos in Greece, a place where only Orthodox monks live. Yeah, it’s as intense as it sounds.

There's no such thing as stopping judging yourself temporarily. Either you're free from judgment or you are not

As long as you believe in free will you are set yourself up for defeat. If you believe in free will you must judge yourself and others it's a trap. Didn't watch a whole video but the first few minutes told me enough that this should be the most important concept of all. I can't imagine living under the stress that you do.
