The chicken shredder was developed by somebody having a green night and being in the mood for some pulled chicken, looking at their grinder and making the logical connection

I don't smoke but I've always wondered if you could use a grinder for garlic or something.
@JohnSmith-by5ed
@JohnSmith-by5ed Жыл бұрын
@@goldglitter04 they have herb grinders that are essentially the exact same thing you use for grass. I don't know which came first the ones for the kitchen or the ones for smoke. I know a lot of grass stuff is just reused parts. Like metal bowls were just lamp parts and brass socket pieces, and glass ones for water pipes were just perfume funnels. Edit: realized I didn't actually answer you, yeah you probably could use them the same way but I think ones for the kitchen are made a little easier to clean.

Tip against recurring nightmares: When I was little, I used to have the worst nightmares after we moved. I told my aunt (who at that time had been training to become a psychotherapist) and she let me talk the dream through and then asked me, if I had a superpower that could change something in the dream, what would it be? Even hypothetically talking about that possible change helped me so much - I never had that nightmare again....

Gods, that tea you got was like, the most ground to powder I've seen outside of a teabag, but yeah, the fine mesh tea infusers are what you want to get if you're actually finicky about your tea having bits of leaves in it

Barry, when your Gran brewed tea in a china pot. We used a lose leaf tea infuser that hooked to the spout then the chain went to the lid of the pot. That's how we made a pot of tea, not with bags. This is the same idea of infuser for a cupa.

I have rheumatoid arthritis, so your average manual can opener is very hard for my hands. This particular can opener is the one that I have, and use regularly. The fact that it stays closed makes it incredibly simple for me to use. Well worth every penny. and personally, I am not a fan of the battery powered can openers. They just don’t seem to have enough power for me.

The Oxo Good Grips things are good - I've got one of their pizza slicers and it's nice and chunky to hold and cuts well. I use a teaspoon to peel ginger as well. I think that should also work for turmeric as it's in the same family as ginger (but make sure you wear gloves otherwise you'll look like someone with a 500 a day Capstan Full Strength habit and it's a nightmare to wash off your skin too)!

When a gadget (or pretty much any online product) has one of those random 6-7 letter names it’s a sign that it’s a randomly generated company name to make up for how fast their product pages get taken down off places like Amazon, so it’s usually either stuff the doesn’t work, is of poor quality, or is a knockoff of something where the original product’s company will get it taken down

To scrap ginger I usually just use a spoon and to de-eye potatoes just a knife and it would be Much easier to use something like a microplane to zest...I guess if you wanted to have something on the road you could. I would not want to eat that chicken at all, that is not good. Also, just realised, most peelers (I have used) have a thing at the end that you can de-eye things with.

I'd suggest looking into a smooth-edge can opener for a future video - especially useful if you have worry of pets or children getting into the recycling, or the happenstance of wildlife eventually coming into contact with your recycling. It's also safer for anyone that has to deal with tremors or spasms, like in Parkinson's or Tourette's.

I'm unimpressed with procook. I paid decent money on a frying pan recently and it's very VERY heavy but made of a weirdly soft metal? The slightest thing scratches it. Meanwhile my similar Morphy Richards frying pan could be a murder weapon and you'd never see a single mark (and it's nowhere near as heavy).
