So in minecraft's most recent snapshot, the armadillos got a change which is very reminiscent of my own mob.

I take a lot of inspiration from SimplySarc's visual storytelling and doctor4t's Modded Minecraft Content SMP videos. This video is probably catered more towards Systemzee's, Knarfy's, and PheonixSC's audiences though.

i saw the first video and was so impressed by all the amazing ideas, but i love the pulp block so much. this might be the greatest end revamp mod out there, and i havent even seen all of it. also you should make the pulp block able to be instamined by something, and make it able to be stood on with some armor enchant or armor material. it would be such an amazing building block if that was possible.

Alright alright alright, I do not know how but I saw the tardigrade inspiration coming! Love myself some micro animal representation. And it also leads to a Noita reference? So cool! Also the pulp block seems like it will be a lot of fun to play around with. Only thing I could maybe add to it is it being the third "sticky block", as in, a slime block variant that does not stick to slime or honey, think that would make it very interesting to play around with. I cant wait to see what else you have in store, be it more uses for pulp or new things you are working on!

The new potion type should be based on how much you used the effect so for fire res if your on fire you loose the effect

Yeah, but how would an applicative night vision potion work ? How much you move your camera ? What about instant heal/harm ? Turtle master ? Poison would go unchanged because dmg is dependent on time anyway

@@lasercraft32 Nice argument unfortunately, that would make it boring. I do think it's a good idea to make it drain depending on the effect, but a creative way to make it drain is much better than "nope, doesn't work for this one"

@@Whenpigfly666 But like you said, potions like poison are already based on the time, so how would you go about fixing that? Night vision is already useful even when standing still, there's no alternative for that either. There are no creative solutions to fix them, without completely changing how they fundamentally work. You could say that the Turtle Master only drains when you take damage... but then you'd run into issues of people splashing someone with it so they can't move and leaving them there. You could do it for when you move that wouldn't work either because then they could cheese pvp situations. The only way the Turtle Master could work is with time, there's no workaround for that.

@@Whenpigfly666 Maybe for night vision it could the light level around you and if it's low enough it drains, turtle master gives you resistance and slowness separately (it would have to run out really fast other wise it would be really over powered) and instant heal and harm would work the same or you can't make it kind of like how you can't make fire res 2

Wow, im not kidding, im working on a mod myself right now to try it out and I made a stone texture for a new dimension and it looks so similar to your new end stone, wth?!? It has the wavy line pattern and a similar color. Mine is a bit brighter though xD EDIT: A ot of coincidences surrounding this video xD

5:33 Pulp Block should be also another sticky block like Honey Block and Slime Block. Pulp Block should be movable by pistons and sticky to other blocks but not sticky to Slime Block, Honey Block and Glazed Terracotta.

There's already a solution to wolf armor not protecting from fire. Go in solo, get blaze rods brew splash fire resistance potions and then take wolves in. Also I think the plupper's "ugly phase" is a better cuter model

Would love to see you add an alkali-esque metal in this mod. For the unawares, Alkali metals are elements that have an adverse reaction in water. Sodium explodes, Lithium catches fire, etc

I think you should have a recipe that allows you to make like a reverse pluper block that is like hard to go through when slow but easy to go through with a lot of force I think this would be a great and useful mechanic

Idea: If a tamed pet dies, it turns into a ghost version of it, which can't die, but it looks differen't (like tranparent, blue-ish u know) and it can't attack mobs. It wouldn't necessarily remove the caring about your pets not dying, because then you wouldn't care about virtual pet'S dying anyway, but also you could have a comapnion to go everywhere with. Idea2: They could make that dog'S can hold items as foxes do, and if you gave them a totem, it would protect them as it does with players, also, this mechanic could be used for many other things, like wouldn't it be cool to have Sif from DS as a pet?

Hey Lux nice video. Please post more Also I understand that wolf armor is kind of useless but it should be able to be colored in my opinion, it’s just leather armor basically. But you can also just use mods to get better amour like diamond and netherite wolf armor

people shouldn't need to resort to mods just for a feature to work better then what Mojang did. I'm willing to bet the universal reason people voted for the Armadillo is because the armour it gave wolves would ensure your wolf wouldn't die so easily to physical attacks. So if the wolf armour is worse then leather thats going to piss off everyone who voted for the armadillo and we'll have another Glowsquid and Phantom situation all over again. Presented to do one thing in the teasers but doesn't fucking do that thing once ingame.

@@Michael-eg3rs Wolf armor as it currently stands is equal to full diamond on a player and is more resistant to explosions than a player is in full diamond.

Wolf armor in the snapshots is the same protection as full diamond. Plus unlike a armored player, a wolf in armor can survive a point blank creeper explosion.

Wolf armor should give them knockback resistance so they cant get punched into lava. Also I think they should make it so you cant push tamed dogs
