Between a 4 month period, I saw my Grandma succumb to cancer, and my friend to himself, and through this time of grieving, I keep images of them at my bedside to keep them with me, to accept they're now with Christ, but yet still leave a wonderful stamp on my heart. Although outside of my room, I still see my friend as I sit at my buddy's house where we'd all chuckle together with Guitar Hero, or as I sit in the passenger seat, driving by where my Grandparents met to eat almost every time our family came together. It's a fragmented hallucination that even the term can't do justice, as they truly cannot be seen. This song was beautiful Frank. Once I get some free time to learn it, I bet she'd love to hear this song, even if she's only now a headstone. Nonetheless, I'll never truely lose them. 💙

I had a old friend of mine, she had to move away because of something terrible I and my family caused. And sometimes I keep on seeing her, although she’s in another country now. We were both best friends, she was one of my first crushes even. I can’t even remember her last name. We were best friends. This song made me think of her, she was such a kind, beautiful and sweet girl, she deserved better than what she got.
