Should’ve done nunu and Esther. We need to know why Esther bullied her all those years unprovoked

Lani is so mature, she validated Esther throughout when she tried to blame herself. Calling him out as pro and a predator - she clearly understands theirs no fault to the victim in an abusive relationship. Esther still has some learning to do and I’m glad she’s seeking counselling. Telling Lani she dealt with Tion in the wrong way was unnecessary and clearly upsetting to Lani

Does anyone else remember how Marc went off on Nunu? She pretty much said he uses his masculinity to threaten her and he started yelling at her like she was a toddler proving her point. As a viewer, that was enough for me to see the type of person he is. Turns out he really is evil.

Esther Definetly isn't a woman's woman, when she was on bkchat she always used to play cate to the men all the time to the point where it was obvious and then how she treated Nunu the whole time as almost like she was bullying her i would have to disagree. Also this is the same woman who said she needs a man to tell her to shut up and that she wouldn't respect certain men who would probably be the opposite of marc.

As women, we need to stop picking men based solely off physical looks. These women clearly only liked Marc for that reason because I watched his personality on bkchat and he comes across childish, ignorant and slow. It should only take us a few convos before figuring out that he’s not boyfriend material. It would save us years of turmoil and abuse.

Ether bullied Nunu and Lani, stuck by both her bkchat men AND ONLY now she’s been humiliated and humbled she’s a “girls girls” miss me. As for Marc - he’s always given insecure vibes. Ether got finessed for a 40k/ 50k car and has the cheek to tell Lani how to handle her situation -the latter.

I respect Esther so much for how she articulates and carry's herself. She forgives others who do stupid things and doesn't mock other peoples experiences. She doesn't revel in gossip and slander. And speaks her truth with all realness. There is so much integrity in her behaviour and that sets her apart from other women who behave childish and just talk for talking sake.

How can he just let himself live with you, you have a daughter. When he tried to live with you, you should have made it clear from the beginning that your priority is your daughter. I could tell he wasn’t right in the head by watching episodes of him on backchat the way he spoke to the girls on the show or even to the guys on the show.

It’s about Marc as soon as they started describing the guy I knew. I was also one of the girls he dealt with and he is such lier, deceiver, narcissistic man. Me being a genuine girl and naive I stayed around for 6 years on and off. Looking back I can’t believe I allowed it but when you like someone you do crazy things. He’s asked me for money about I need £20 my card declined.. I also never saw where he lived but he would say I got a flat…lies! I remember him saying to me when we met up he’s going on backchat and he’s only going on that show for fame, so not surprising he dated influencers too he wanted his name out there. So happy he is cancelled! Ive come such a long way, I’ve been over this man for years now. He would send DM’s to see if I’ve moved on asking if I’m married yet lol can you imagine! probably to find out if he can do his worst again. But that can never happen. Don’t regret it learnt so much what not to accept and what is red flags. Happily moved on!

So in Nigeria, there’s a case of this popular gospel singer that was beaten to death by her husband (allegedly) so I applaud any woman that finds strength (regardless of the time) to leave a damaging situation. I have always loved Esther for so many reasons and I could always see through some of her tough exterior (Nigerian women in the building lol). These two women really made me so proud! Im not buying this whole Esther has changed. The way she treated NuNu and certain other castmates(Lani included) was a no for me and believe the backlash she received is why she is trying to perceive this image as being a girls girl. Esther was privvy to this mans behaviour first hand because they worked together on BKChat and she saw how he handled himself on & off camera so what was she expecting ? I think she saw a cute guy and fell for him which is okay but I do believe her buying him things stem from her own insecurities. When you see a man like Marc you would see that he would have a type and in honesty I don't think Esther would fall into this category and she knew this hence buying affection and allowing it to get as bad as it did. I wish both ladies healing.

It’s clear her daughter was exposed to at least some of the DV she experienced because that question was skated over very quickly and body language telling. Furnishing oneself with the legal definition of DV would help one understand that even if a child is asleep in a different room, they are still classed as being exposed to DV. Anyway, wishing you both continued strength and healing...
