I actually went to Kansas not long ago and really regretted not bringing a bike with me because believe it or not it turns out there was mountain bike trails right near where we were staying!

Been there, done that and learned it's best to take it even if you don't ride it. Better to have it and not ride, than to not have it and regret it the whole way home!
