Great video, certain neighborhoods in Hamburg are defintely great for night and street shooting. A long time ago, a friend and I had to wait in Hamburg overnight for a train. We walked all over that city full of sights and lights. Unfortunately, I've lost many of the pictures and negatives from that period of my life. Currywurst und Pommes mit Mayo is almost as good as Doener Kebap.

I studied in Hamburg for a semester at the end of '89. Reeperbahn was not just a red light district, but also lots of other night life, bars & clubs where our group would go out most Saturday nights, but nothing started to get going until midnight, so often went home around 6am. Great memories, many thanks for bringing them back!

As someone living in Hamburg i am actually surprised how little you got yelled at :D but from the looks of it you where there at the right time. The do not like cameras on the Große Freiheit. Sometimes they even make you delete you pictures. But i am glad you liked it. And the pictures are nice too. For some reason i like the blurry one the best. It kind of fits with you more abstract images i think. And for the sake of monetization i can confirm that thoses are indeed jellyworms. ;)
