Hi everyone! I hope you're doing well and are having a flare-free day. I recently took part in The Endometriosis Network Canada's (TENC) virtual summit on March 26th, 2024. It was a great summit that discussed progress on decreasing the delay to diagnosis for endometriosis in Canada. I was joined by several amazing individuals and advocates who provided wonderful updates. I discussed political action that has taken place in Canada (both at the federal and provincial levels of government) and what we're advocating for nationally now (spoiler: it's for a National Action Plan for Endometriosis in Canada).
Several countries - including France, Australia and the UK - are leading the way on action for endometriosis in their respective countries. It's time for Canada to step up and meet it's international partners.

Thank you so much for all the work you are doing. Im currently trying to be an advocate in my country but im still shy and dont like alot of attention so im trying to slowly get over this so i can be a voice for silent endo warriors and other ignorant to this debilating disease. I hope i can be such an inspiration to others as you have been to me. You've helped me through my journey of endometriosis and i thank you. Some quick questions, does canada recognize endometriosis as a disability?? Do you think it should be considered a disability worldwide because some women dont even work to provide an income for themselves due to this condition. Once again thank you for everything you've been doing for our community ❤

You are amazing! Thank you for all you do to help women who suffer. I’m two weeks away from my first laparoscopy operation. Hoping for some answers. I’m living in the uk. Do you know if any other countries apart from the ones you mentioned are taking action to help support endometriosis.x
