kzfaq.info/get/bejne/hKhknb103bjPhKs.html&si=8ksofYoWkjJmVXIW She ⬆️ almost died from tampon. I personally don’t use tampons but even pads have harsh chemicals. I use the organic pads but I’m afraid that even the organic ones aren’t as organic as we think they are but they’re a better choice.

Thanks for making this video! I‘ve got diagnosed today (though the doctor didn’t mention endometriosis) and have just started the research engine. 😄 I have one question: Does it make sense to research endometriosis as well? (Like: is it the sister or a distant cousin of endo.)

Hey! Thanks so much for your comment. First off - I hope you're feeling well after receiving your diagnosis. I know that day can bring a mix of emotions, so I'm thinking of you! Typically with Adenomyosis and the presentation of Endometriosis alongside it - 40-50% of individuals experience / live with both.

Thanks for connecting the dots between sciatica and endometriosis. I did some sciatica stretches and it helped a bit. I also got a sciatica chair cushion and it helps too. Hoping everyone finds relief and things that help manage this.

Wow thanks for the great video, I am in the progress of getting diagnosed for possible endometriosis, I kind of got a shock as just realized the bleeding from bowel movements might not be just because sometimes I am constipated 😮 I am going into theatre at the end of this month for internal camera investigations and tissue testing etc..

I have been diagnosed with it after 16 years after my hysterectomy. Im 58 years old. Its in my pelvis, throughout my colon and maybe even within my chest cavity as i have classic thoracic endo symptoms including pains in right shoulder and shooting pains in right side of neck especially when yawning or deep breathing , also pains the back of my neck. I also have had major trouble with liver, blood tests show this and i also have terrible painful spasms in liver, so could be there too. P.s im a non drinker.

What about founding to get more excision specialists? We barely have any and the ones we do still focus on are ob/gyn as well and often to treat complicated endo we have to go out of country

I appreciate you making this so much. I played competitive field hockey for 5+ years, and due to injuries and endo had to give it up. It is the best stress reliever for me, but is so difficult to accept that my body cannot perform like I used to. Had a hard day today as I pushed myself past my limit, (years ago I could perform at this rate no problem). I appreciate your advice so much on not letting endo dictate your body’s capabilities, while staying in your capacity. The walking tip was so, so helpful-plan to incorporate that :)

I was diagnosed with endometriosis 6 months ago and on my last visit to the gynec they found a chocolate cyst in my right ovary. I have been on dinogest since, hoping it helps with the pain and shrinks the size of the cysts. I just wanted to say thanks for advocating for endo, sometimes it feels better to know that there are other women out there I could reach out to who are going through something similar. :)

I have been suffering from bleeding, and have had a doctor ask me if i was sure it was not just my period blood... :( When Im on my period, the blood is so different when it is from my bowels vs my period. I then suffer from constantly needing to go to the bathroom, feeling like I need to poo but nothing passes. I suffer from diarrhoae and constipation simultaneously which ends up with me feeling like I am severely bloated which really scares me because its so painful. On a good day, I regularly go to the bathroom and pass just mucus and very rarely small hard nuggets surrounded by bloody mucus.... I have gone and had tests and yet everything has come back negative: IBS, crohns. I am still waiting for an endometriosis diagnosis and really struggling as have had so many doctor appointments and mentionned the bleeding and the pains, but Im still waiting for a solution. Your video makes me feel 100% certain that I have bowel endometriosis, but am at a loss at what I need to do get back to feeling normal again!

As someone with pcos and possibly endo, i just want to clarify that while pcos is focused on the ovaries, i would say it can also be a full body disease depending on how you define it. Your endocrine system malfunctioning affects your entire body, with fatigue, brain fog, and emotional disruption, as well as the physical symptoms of excess testosterone. ❤

I cut out gluten several years ago to help with another condition i had and last year i stopped eating nightshades (tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, and peppers). Recently i went a little cray cray and ate a bunch of those foods, thinking, "surely it won't make THAT much of a difference," and not only did my other conditions flare up, but i had notably bad abdominal/pelvic pain at a time of the month that i NEVER have pain, as well as terrible bloating and fatigue. So that was an unpleasant surprise. Apparently eating gluten and Nightshade free (especially potatoes, they seem to affect me the most) really is making a difference.

I just cried after I finally confirmed from your videos and listening to other women sharing their stories on different platforms what has been troubling me for 15 years. I suspected endo but ruled it out a bit since my periods were pretty regular and 'normal' except for lower backache and sciatica nerve pain radiating to the right leg and sometimes numbness on my legs to the point of falling down if standing and not being able to walk for hours when it got worse. I felt like not even the Doctor's understood what I was going through. So thank you for sharing your story ❤, very helpful. Long walks, too much sitting or standing, steep hikes, intense work outs like spin class are triggers for me. Stretching, constant moderate exercises such as short regular walks and resting really helps. Interesting about the foods triggers, I will definitely evaluate this. ❤❤❤

I have this exact pains during my periods. I use a heating pad on my pelvis and I put medicated pain relief patches from the drug store on the part of my legs that hurt the most. I wrap my thighs sometimes with heat pads from CVS if needed. I also decrease my caffeine no coffee sadly those few days I have bad cramps. I drink carrot juice mostly and green juice and water to stay hydrated. I lay in bed and just sometimes put pillows around me to help stay comfortable. Hope this helps someone.
