The Fordyce Trail is 19 kilometers (or 12 miles) of truck punishing trails in the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range. Will the ‪@VanquishProductsMedia‬ VS410 Fordyce RTR be able to endure that distance? Love the long trail runs. Took my Gen 8 on a 4 and half hour rock crawl with a group of buddies 2 weekends ago. Surprising enough even with hard rock crawling nothing broke, battery was only half dead. its amazing what Rc crawlers can do.

If that isn’t a testament to the quality of Vanquish, then I don’t know what is. Props to you for walking 12.4 miles with camera and RC gear. My legs and feet hurt just watching, but it also gave me inspiration to get out and do some hiking with my rigs.

(5:00) ...In response to Matt's "1-complaint"... ...You should have brought your Gmade (GS02F), which has a 2-speed, and a great crawling 1st gear, with overdrive (stock), to be able to run "ANY" course, and give Matt/us the quicker walking speed "we all want in a trail crawler !!!" 😉👌👍

Wow wow wow!!!! What a cool vid!!! Hike and drives are my favorite. My wife and I go on lots of hikes and backpacking trips. The longest I have taken a rig on is just under 12 miles. Man if I lived closer to you, we could go on long drives!!!🤘🤘🤘

This is what my Trail Amped play list is all about man. Great work!!! My son and I love hitting the trails our here and stretching out our rigs. last summer we did 34 miles in a little over 30 days with 5 or so different trails! it was so much fun. I cant wait to get back out there! Maybe next run ill run my VP truck for a long one! Again, great video! - P

Such an awesome video man. I really like the style you have been doing lately. You have always done great videos. But. This new style is really cool. I'm not sure I could keep up. And I'm younger... I'll pull the Blind card. I'll speed walk. Yaugging..... what ever its called hahaha. Vanquish yet again nailed it. This will be my first rtr vanquish. I dont need the Phoenix rtr. This I love. It's just different enough. Haha. I have a Phoenix. A phorigin (Phoenix chassis, origin axles, origin sliders, origin half cab) And The f10 portal chassis kit, which is my scale build (have a post on the forum about it). Not sure why I needed to explain all that... Hahaha Anywho. Congrats on the 20.3 k I'm not sure other brands could jeep up to that. Traxxas maybe.. I dont know. Great area. Great video. 👍👍😎

It was a great workout and the Chipotle burrito at the end was a great reward. Go for it! My only advice is to make sure you stay fuelled and hydrated on the route.

The Bruce is fantastic, my dude you did a massive hike! I’ve spent some time around Bruce Falls. We usually bring a backpack with a small “jet burner” and a tiny pot to make tea on the go for long hikes like that. We’re up in Muskoka now, lots of great spots like this.

Let's be honest, you put more miles on that truck in 3hrs than some people will put on one in an entire year. To only have some weakening of the servo and the motor not being too happy after 12.5 miles of non-stop driving is still a definite win. I'm not aware of any rtr trail truck/crawler that's known for its long lasting rtr electronics. Good show 👍🏼

Maybe the marksman with the 1080 and HH motor. Or the gen8 axe would be the only ones with good RTR esc motor

Grueling... for you and to watch! Like an RC death March! Would love to know the aftermath on the truck - on the it made funny sounds. And most importantly, black socks with shorts and athletic shoes? Is that what I saw?
