Have you ever tracked every minute of your day? It's an eye-opening experiment.
I got tired of always wondering where all of my time went at the end of every day, so I did this for a full week and I was blown away with the results.
Here's a link to the book that I mentioned in the video (The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy)*: geni.us/SkNS1i

Jfc the moment I saw your "striped T-shirt" timetables, I realized just how much of a problem this is for me. I haven't been able to calmly box my time and focus on one particular activity without distractions and doing a million other things at the same time in ages. I have reduced my overall stress and confusion thanks to bullet journaling etc, but setting apart a few hours of my time to do one thing seems like a luxury, yet it's something that's absolutely necessary if I want to actually get things done! Thank you so much for your beautiful content and the amazing maturity you share with us (we're exactly the same age, and though I'm asking myself the same sorts of questions you are at this point in my life, I feel like you're light years ahead when it comes to knowing what you want in life and living consciously!). I'm considering joining Instagram just to be able to participate in your live sessions :)

Derek Daniels so funny you mentioned this, brought back a memory from high school. I always cuffed my pants & one day I was complaining about my ankles being too scrawny even for skinny jeans so my teacher was like let me change your life and showed me how to do this and told me it was cool when he was young in the 80s 😂 he was the coolest teacher always teaching us everything but math 😂

I reccorded a journal for the beginning of 2019 Jan 1st till today April 12 2019. It sounds weird but i did it without any expectations just wanted to experience life in my eyes for once. I realize that every day i live is worth more than everything i have left. I kept reccords of what i did my thoughts and feelings to what i was doing, concrete actual plans for the future and reinforced my entries with new learned experiences and interesting finds to remember that day. I also made a lot of affirmations and gratitude was poured all around. It has helped me get in touch with a side of myself only i will ever share and embrace. Some things in life are left unspoken for only the i (eye) to see. I even did some dream reccording and i hope after a long wxtensive period i can later look back and compare entries to contrast as well between my experience as a conscious person and as well through my subconscious. Maybe even add an astral projection journal. As well as that, i can maybe reccord how my thought and mind think and operate just to understand myself more so i can learn and unlock more of myself. We are all truly powerful beings! Peace!

Love it brother! Watched this while eating a slice of pizza (you know how problematic trying to do that while editing can be). I find time stacking (doing multiple things that complement each other) is a great way to accomplish more in a day. Obviously you don't want to seep into the realm unfocused multi-tasking. I usually pair one conscious activity with one subconscious one. Like learning Japanese while cooking (what I've been doing lately to prep for my upcoming journey). I too have been tracking my time! Though I've been keeping a time diary with old fashioned paper. It seems like I may have to reconsider that now because the data analytics on an app like that seem really valuable. Anyway, back to editing. Cheers and thank you for putting such quality work out into the world!

There are ways that you can do it automatically. So if you open Google Maps on your phone, it starts a transit timer. If you open KZfaq, it starts the “Watching KZfaq” timer. You’ll still occasionally have to start the timer manually, but a lot of it can be automated.

May sound boring, but for me it’s time efficient to do certain things on the same days of the week...like meal plan, write grocery list on sundays, grocery shop and clean Mondays, etc...old fashioned idea maybe. But it sure helps with meal making, because I’ve already worked it out once, don’t have to stress each day about what to cook...it really helped with anxiety and ptsd, post cancer and also, it saves money because I know exactly what to buy and don’t waste petrol or time shopping more than once...new sub from Aussie, like you videos, keep going 👍❤️😀
