maybe because 1000cc is overkill for most riders, you can enjoy full 600cc better on streets than 1000cc, but aye just assuming (if the title is even real)

you mean the throttle blips? if so it’s to rev match. Basically allowing the bike to match the rpm’s he’s dropping to, less damage and smoother shifts;).
