I love how comparatively non-competitive climbing is at the top levels. This isn't some top secret facility where training methods are guard closely, its just a cool place to hang out and get better regardless of which country you represent. They are all opponents on the world stage, but they just like hanging out and climbing together.

100% agree! Athletes ability to adapt is astounding, but knowing when to take a step back when it’s needed can be so difficult with such huge competitions on the horizon.
