This is awesome. I must say that tip about the giraffe and the hip position stepped up my game a notch. I'm still adapting myself but nonetheless.

This is such a refreshing coaching session. Rather than going straight to one's project and giving pointers on what needs to be done, Be is teaching us the fundamentals on a V1 boulder! I'm only half way though the video and just want to give kudos to Be. Great job.

Thanks for this Hannah!! I'm an experienced yogi but recently took up bouldering - the jargon has been really annoying me as nobody breaks it down so well! Thank you. Love your channel!❤

Except he is wrong. The face fascia do not connect to the entire rest of the body's fascia trains.

I would be interested in a Video with a Heavy Newbie climber. I started Bouldering a month ago, but iam a 100kg small guy and its really really hard for me.Through Bodybuilding and Powerlifting i have a lot of power but not enough to compensate for my body weight. 😅

not going to lie, I am a person who tends to avoid overhangs and this week I have on purpose attempted them to try these tips, and was surprised how good it worked.

My first time at the local gym, by myself, I saw a woman take a really bad high fall. Makes you appreciate how important falling properly is.

You guys need to try the climbing card game Co-Bloc !! It’s like a summary of climbing exercises and techniques in a single game like Uno style 😊

I tried the rentals the first time i went climbing. There was a volume that you had to start on. Angled down and back to the wall so your toes pointed down. Could not even stand still. Just kept slipping of. Second time i went i bought my own shoes knowing i would be back quite often. Just some Tarantula's. Could do that climb no problem. The grip was quite a big difference from the grey sole rentals. But i do see people climb harder climbs than what i can do for now. Been climbing 3 times though. So not to worried about that. XD

i just curious that you have improved on the test, but how about your climbing? As in like harder grades or able to do routes that previous you can't do and now you can?

I’ve been bouldering once at a very nearby gym and I absolutely loved it. Now I’m devouring content for the next time, and your channel is my favorite. I’m a lightweight, mid sized female with zero experience and I feel so ready to climb again after watching your vids, so thank you very kindly for producing this amazing channel.

It’s very hard to claim strongest fingers, because there are so many strong dudes out there, there are several people who can do one arm pull ups on 6mm edge on instagram 😅

I think many of us who warm up aren’t all that great at remembering a sequence without a book or a video open until memorized. Thanks for providing one in this format. 🤙🏼
