2-3x the money is not gimmicks but function.. Find the best land/property renovate without gimmicks flip. Yea you can do all the gimmick stuff but perhaps some issues in the future which may impact reputation

@@KaiAndrew Oh, that's right. I should have realized it was that same property. I have wondered if a property could be classified at the highest type of real estate if it has two other rentable spaces on the grounds. That comes from the idea that someone (say a family with kids) paying a million to live in the house (if you sold it) wouldn't likely want strangers staying on their property around them. However, I think land hackers would say why not?
