instead of using trapdoors and pistons to make sound, you can use noteblocks underground at different places so all the wardens are spread out and not sticking in like 1 place and they wont despawn

About the Shrieker comment: In the betas the Shrieker would spawn no matter what, but later on to make it more fair and less trolly they made it so only the naturally generated(spawned with the world) shriekers make Wardens.

You can spawn the wardens how you said, but you needed to change the floor to the one that there is in the city

you can literally use a sculk catalyst for more random and natural and it may spawns a sculk shrieker and you can spawn 100 wardens instead, but you catch all those by yourself, that is a waste of time but it's impressive to see you do this all by hand, I think you are a very patient person.

4:59 hey, cookie, maybe you made a mistake... there's another method that takes a little bit of time, which is using the crown-looking skulk. a skulk catalyst. just kill mobs around it and the skulk will spread. hopefully this is useful to SOMEone, not absolutely useless.

12:51 The biome doesn't matter, it's just that if it's placed down and not naturally generated, it can't spawn a warden. But if you spread sculk and a shrieker grows, then it can summon it Edit: LEETSS GOOO WILLLY Edit 2: Nvm Shriekers from sculk spreading don't summon. I believe in the snapshots they did tho

Small fact; Wardens do *not* despawn. They will only despawn if they don't hear sound after a certain amount of time, so there's no need to worry about them despawning as long as you keep them occupied with some sound.

Actually, sculk shriekers will only spawn wardens if they are naturally generated, like from killing mobs near a sculk catalyst.

You can spawn them outside of the deep dark, but it needs to have a naturally spawned shrieker, with a light level of 11 or less, and there can’t be another warden within 48 blocks
