as a professional swimmer it was so interesting to see yall do that and he did a great job at coaching 😊i would love to see more and a bit of advice don’t breath every stroke try every 3-5 stretch before you start and at the end you need a head cap if you need to breathe do it discreetly and act like your sleeping and your arm is a pillow pls try a IM aka individual medley where are you do butterfly back breast free in that order and is usually a 200 but it can be 800 and it can be 100 if you do read this, love your vids keep it up have a good night/morning/day Edit: I am trying to comment on every reply and like but i am sorry if i don’t get you. Unfortunately i quit bc of my asthma i fainted and i couldn’t bc of my other problems so i am not anymore so sorry i cant relate anymore. But thanks for your comments.

Im on a swim team traning to be a professional wimmer and seeing other people trying to do this on their first try is so amazing!! cause it does take a lot of strength to master all of the different stroke and especially IM. So some of these tips did help me and ty😊

Tips for Swimming and basketball for Zhc's girl: Swimming: Freestyle: use the flipturn pushoff to get farther when you''re swimming a longer race Backstroke: don't hit your head on the back of the wall Butterfly: Don't bend your hands during the going into the glide period. Breastroke: Use the glide to get farther and beat your opponents Basketball: Defense: You can call a double on someone in a game or take a charge from the big man. Playmaking: There are different signs and signals for different things. For example, if you want a screen from a big man call for a pick. Handles: You can start with basic stuff than when you get better you get to go to the fun stuff like passing the ball between someones legs. and Crossovers and side steps Shooting: Shoot basic shots than add the fancy stuff to it. I recomend trying to do regular layups and shots first than getting fancier as you8-- get used to holding a basketball. Athleticism: You have to have at least a good 38'f- 50 feet vertical to get the embarrasing dunks Moving off the ball: don't pass the ball unless it is needed to do so. Frfr. My first time swimming it at a meet after months of practice, I got like 45 seconds. So far after about 2 years on the team, I only shaved off 13 seconds. Btw I’m only 11 so I count that as a win :)

It is I’m currently am fifteen and I’ve been doing it for 12 nearly 13 years I’ve grown up around them it’s been my dream to own my own horse maybe sometime soon but yeah it’s really calming and relaxing to go on a nice ride or trail ride and take in the sights
