Cold showers are crazy to me as someone with a heart condition. If I take a cold shower it'll shock my body and because my heart rate is unpredictable and very wacky I'll passout 😅. So I always get so scared when people do cold showers or cold plunges.... knowing how my own body reacts. Anywho this videos is great, very informative and it's awesome you're trying new things to better your physical and mental health 🫶🏻
