Remember guys, this is how enhanced bodybuilders workout, if you are a natural, anything beyond 12 sets per muscle group is too much volume (unless you have amazing recovery)

I did this workout as a natural lifter, and it was probably top 3 back days I’ve ever had. This type of workout is perfect to do 1 to 2 times a week. Obviously this isn’t an every day exercise routine

Enhanced bodybuilders, don’t actually recover that much faster than natural bodybuilders. That’s kind of a myth, because at a certain point their muscles gets so big it takes them longer to recover, and the time it takes to recover kind of evens out.

I was mislead for years for training the way juiced up people did & was OVER TRAINING FOR YEARS & WASNT GROWING DESPITE OF HAVING A PERFECT DIET, Sleeping and naping alot. Til i started training The Heavy Duty approach by Dorian Yates/ Mike Mentzer and the real results came as a natural lifter. Training like this dude in the video is only good if you cycling gear which makes recovery 3x quicker.

I always see these workout routines, but i never know how much can i rest between? because it would make a big difference if i have to go next set very fast, i would have to lower weight also probably, or can i rest longer?

I don't know where guys take out these workouts, in thi video lack some exercise to be the real Arnold Schwarzenegger back workout, for example, Arnold never did the reverse pull down, he did the neutral pull down or behind the neck pull down or common pull down, was also missing the barbell row.

Failure means you can’t do anymore reps in a set. With rest you can continue to do more reps ur next set.

Reverse grip put your lats in a position to fully stretch more than any other pulldown.

Arnolds stuff has very high volume if your not consuming enough protein and water you will actually lose a lot of muscle yeah he did cycles that had something to do with it to but it's mainly to sculpt himself so it's not ideal for mass growth

Arnold was bigger than all of the top competitors. His problem was he was too much about mass and not the cuts when he first got to America. Frank Zane taught him how to diet properly and and how to get professional top competitor cut. Arnold spent lots of time pounding very hard compound lifts. He didnt jack around with cabels or any lift that didnt involve intensity. His training is more mass orientated than most bodybuilders. The bodybuilders today focus more on the drug stack than intensity in the gym.

Junk volume. Lots of it. If you can do that many sets, then they aren’t intense enough. Otherwise, your nervous system would be toast long before you finished.

Doing Arnold's routine is absolutely ridiculous if you're not on steroids. A natural person should only do 3 sets of 10 or 12 END OF STORY. If you don't listen to this enjoy the hospital
