Thanks for the review. I prefer to stick with the standard ingredients for acne... I used Avene acne products for my mild acne for several years, and it never did much. When I got into ingredients I was quite surprised of how many acne products I previously use didn't have those tried and true ingredients (BP, retinoids, BHA) 😐

True those ingredients you mentioned have a lot of data to support them, but some people unfortunately can't tolerate those ingredients and need gentler options like this, totally agree with you 🙏 thanks for commenting

Even though you have tolerant skin Mo, it shows your dedication to skincare science to test a new product (containing a unique ingredient), on behalf of those with more sensitive skin. There was enough difference to make it a worthwhile option, rather than someone trying to persist with products that irritate them. It would even be handy just to use on days when someone's skin is feeling delicate (eg. after shaving), but they still want to maintain clear pores. 👱‍♀️❤

took couple of test samples from the pharmacy, physically I hate it, my skin is burning and I applied very little. Other products with acids and retinol were much less harsh

Hi thanks for the video. May i ask if i still use serum then thisnproduct then moisturizer? Or no need for serum before qpplying avene? Thanks

Great review! I wonder if I can use retinol right after applying the serum at night?

It depends if your skin can handle it I can't see an issue

@@mariemrahmeni1126 I used the serum on top of retinol. The retinol I am using is a very light serum. Didn't have any issues and I think the serum worked well on top of the retinol.

I Prefer before since it has bit of alcohol and moisturiser after can help with potential drying

It doesn't suppose to do that if the itch is persistent and accompanied by redness, please discontinue the usage .

It's normal. That means ur acne is healing. That's what my dermatologist said. Unless becoming worst.

Not for my skin and i usually apply moisturizer after, i have a combination skin

A small percentage of alcohol is OK. It is a preservative that enables products (eg. those containing water) to have a longer shelf life, both in the store and once opened. 👱‍♀️❤
