Nope not spicy at all. Only numbing Sichuan pepper is hard to eat and it's destroys all taste. Only great thing about kikanbo is chashu. Of you really want to eat spicy ramen go to okubo station. There is ramen restaurant called gomaryuu. Jimon is good as well but gomaryuu is definitely more spicy.
