I’ve tried citrus Sakura and caramel pudding and the caramel pudding one is delicious, tastes exactly like flan. The Sakura one is okay, very subtle orange flavor but still good!

I live in Vietnam and there's matcha Kit Kats here, they are awesome, if you like the matcha/green tea flavor. There's pretty much matcha everything, but it's no surprise as the mass-produced snacks here are heavily influenced by both Japan and Korea.

No you can't. Yes, your body can build up a resistance to insulin, but "eating too much sugar gives you diabetes" is an innacurate statement and anything that perpetuates that idea is harmful to people who struggle with diabetes.

I've always wanted to try all the Japanese kitkat flavors! I have no idea where to buy them though because you either have to find some local candy shop or a store like Daiso that might carry them, or pay like $20 to have some website ship them over from Japan w/ international shipping. I've tried Matcha, cookies and cream, strawberry, dark chocolate, strawberry cheesecake, and Luxury Yogurt with Double Berry and Almond ( that one was interesting.) My favorite so far has been matcha and the strawberry cheesecake.
