I have frozen some of mine they still come out great. Thaw in the fridge overnight or defrost in microwave

I get them. Lots of seasoning but not a lot of salt. Good for me.good flavor

Yes of course to each is own. It’s definitely enough seasoning, but I agree they don’t use a lot of salt which is also a great thing ! Glad your on the wave it’s been so helpful for me ☺️

They keep screwing up my order. I ordered 18 meals and got 12 that were preselected. I do not like preselected? Good customer service, they are just stupid. 3 weeks in a row they messed up my orders.

you must log onto your app every Wednesday to pre select your order if you dont they will send you whatever they preselect. I believe I explained in the video hope this helps
